We begin with a 20-minute chat to explore your goals, get clear on what’s holding you back, and see if RTT is the right fit. You’ll leave with a simple action step you can start right away.
Intake & Mapping
Before your session, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire so I can map out the key moments and beliefs driving your patterns. This lets us dive straight to the heart of the matter when we meet.
Deep Transformational Session
In a single, powerful 90-minute RTT session (online or in person), we guide you into a relaxed, focused state. Together we uncover root causes, release old programming, and install new, empowering beliefs—tailored precisely to you and your goals.
Personalised Reinforcement
Within 24 hours you’ll receive a custom-recorded audio designed to reinforce your new mindset. Listen daily for 21 days (or longer, as you wish) to cement changes at the subconscious level.
Follow-Up & Support
Two weeks after your session, we’ll check in to celebrate your progress and fine-tune anything you’d like to deepen. I’m here for questions, guidance, and optional coaching packages to sustain your momentum.
